Is one eating healthy? Then I say lose as fast as your body allows. Is one not eating truly healthy but on a 'fad' diet of restrictions that they can never keep up? Then forget it! (He said as he looked in the mirror) I think you are losing rapidly, though not too rapidly. Biggest Loser Contestant rapid is 5 to 10 pounds per week. And many other times as well, lost some weight quickly, then gave up, gained it back.
