Wordless Wednesday - Award Winning Garden!!!

Make sure to take a look at My Weight Loss Blog Directory!!!

My Non-Scale Victory!!

Wordless Wednesday - My Garden was selected as the Garden of the Month and I have a sign in my yard proclaiming it.  It's hard to get everything in bloom.  I have had lots of blooms everyday though!  This is the first time I have ever been selected.  I was shocked when I got the call, I thought it was a joke.  I knew my yard was looking good, just didn't know others were paying attention.  I am not a member of the Garden Club.

    1. Thanks Linda! I love our deck, I haven't gotten all my potted plants out yet. I usually have flowers blooming all over it too. It is work, but it's a labor of love.

    1. Thanks Linda. I can't keep any plants alive inside my house, but I seem to do pretty well with outdoor plants.

    1. Thanks! As I have posted before it's a labor of love. It is lots of hard work and as a bonus some good exercise. I don't really think about exercise but I really get lots of benefit there.

  7. Thanks, the deck was a retirement gift from my husband to himself. He wanted a new deck and a hot tub.

    1. Thanks Gwen! Now the pressure is on, it has to stay really nice for a month. I told my husband he has to do a little work and keep the yard mowed all the time. I don't want people driving by saying "How did they get picked?"! Lol.

    1. As hot as it's been, I can understand why! Our temperature are a bit more moderate. It is raining today. Yeah, means my plants will get a nice drink of water!

    1. Thanks!! I have told my son the same thing. You never know who is watching. He was chosen at school this year as the "Athlete of Character". I guess people were watching him!
