Blog Every Day in May - Happiness times Ten!

Day 14, Tuesday: Ten things that make you really happy

1.  My Husband, and spending time just being with him.

2.  Traveling to new Places, or just going back to Paris!

3.  Being Healthy, so that I can enjoy life.

4.  Spending time with Friends, just talking and laughing.

5.  Hanging out with my Kids, this always makes me feel wonderful.

6.  My dog, Sophie, she expects nothing, just likes to be beside me.

7.  Stepping on the scale and seeing it get closer to my ideal weight.  I will get there!

8.  Working in my garden, growing flowers make me feel at peace.

9.  Playing with my grandsons, they are always so much fun, and a hug can make my day.

10.  Exercise, I just wish I could figure out how to get more in my days.  I feel so much better afterwards, and it makes me happy.

What makes you happy???  I'll settle for one or two things.


  1. I am working toward having exercise on my list of things that make me happy! For now, I am just happy when the exercise is over, ha ha.

    1. I think it takes a while to get to the point that exercise makes you happy. When you get there you feel depressed when you can't exercise!

  2. Your list is completely identical to what mine would be. Imagine that! :)
