Weekly Weigh-In: Week Twelve


This week wasn't my best week by far.  I didn't eat hardly anything due to my canker sore.  It is finally starting to get better.  I hope!!  It was very painful.    I did consume lots of soups, which are high in salt.  I should have lost more weight than I did.  The salt is probably interfering with my weight loss.  Hopefully, that means a much bigger loss next week.  I am so anxious to hit the 160's!!  

Loss 13.0 pounds total

Starting weight - 184.5
Week one - 180.0
Week two - 179.5
Week three - 179.0
Week four - 178.5
Week five - 177.0 
Week six - 176.0
Week seven - skipped, was on vacation
Week eight - 181.5  
Week nine - 174.0
Week ten - 172.5
Week eleven - 172.0
Week Twelve - 171.5

160's here I come!!


Warning scale is 3 pounds light!

    1. I know, but I hardly ate anything. It hurt to eat so I was just not eating for a couple of days. I know that soup was the culprit! It seems it has taken forever to get my weight down. I know it would help if I exercised more.

  3. Go girl! I'm closing in on week 11 and haven't lost 10 yet. I've been far from perfect but I am so happy with my progress. Keep up the great work!

    1. I'm glad you a losing Kenya. It's frustrating when you feel like you are just creeping along. I will be excited to drop into the 160's, hopefully soon!

  8. I have a medication that gives me cankers I know how nasty they can be! Hope it's cleared up.

    1. It is getting better! I really can't go out without my partial that fits right where the monstrous canker appeared. I would leave it out, but when I put it in to go somewhere it was so painful. I am so glad it is feeling a little better. I think it will be healed in a few more days.

      I feel sorry for you if you have those things very often!
