Saturday Blogger Feature - Meet A Weight Loss Blogger

Make sure to take a look at My Weight Loss Blog Directory!!!

Meet A Weight Loss Blogger:

Say hello to Leslie......

Leslie is a new blogger at Weight4Baby.  Leslie started a new blog on July 22nd.  That means she is a fresh, new blogger.

Leslie is trying to lose weight so she can start a family.

Leslie is laid off from her job, another victim of outsourcing.  She is using this time to start getting healthy.

I hope all my blogging friends will go say hello to Leslie and show her some support.  I'm sure she will come and check out your blogs to see how some of you have succeeded.

I love her blog name!  It tells you what is motivating her to lose the weight.

Leslie found me through the Weight Loss Blog Directory and she was excited to find a list of blogs that she could go to for information.

I won't tell you anymore about Leslie, go read her blog and she will tell you all the exciting things going on in her life.

My own adventures:

We ate out twice today!  I had a burger at Red Robin with a salad.  That was fine.

For dinner we went to my favorite pizza joint. I had a salad, and ate the toppings off some pizza.  I ate the crust on one small piece. It was a thin crust and I didn't eat all of it.
It really wasn't that great.

I don't think I will need to do that again.  It has been quite some time since I had pizza, and it really wasn't worth it.  Next time, I will just have some chicken on my salad.

I hope this doesn't mess with my weight loss, but if it does I will deal with it.  I have to get started on making the Paleo Pizza.  I am going to try to make some next week.

  2. I would hope that a little piece of crust wouldn't mess with your weight loss... I skip the pizza because I'm not fond of it... I skip a lot of my old favorites because they are not worth the calories ...

    1. Launna, I hope your right! I have always loved pizza. When I have lost weight before I allowed myself pizza one evening a week. I am trying to make sure I keep the weight off permanently this time, so I am trying to make new habits.

  3. Hmm how would you make a paleo pizza? That little bit isn't going to mess with your weight loss, so you're good. :)

    1. I have found a few different recipes for Paleo Pizza. There are many different things to use for a crust. I have to shop for some of the ingredients and then I will try to make some and see how it goes.

I hope your right about the little bit of pizza. I don't want to go right back to eating it.

  4. I usually have a cheat day. Nothing crazy, but it is a time where I enjoy what I am having and let the rest go. One thing that definitely helps me stay on track is not eating out much. Cooking at home helps me control things. Paleo pizza sounds interesting. Will you be sharing the recipe here? I'm dropping by and a new follower through Our Everyday Harvest's blog hop. I hope you can stop by too.

    1. I will be stopping by your blog.

I don't think I can not eat out. It is a social thing for me. I just try to make the best choices when I do.
