Here are my updated photos. I can really tell a difference now. 25 pounds gone. I need to wear the same thing and take pictures again so you can really see the difference.
THE 100 Diet Plan
I have been on a no sugar - no wheat diet for the whole time. I have been on THE 100 diet for the last four weeks (it will actually be four weeks on Monday). I have lost 8 pounds so far in the four weeks.
Here is my record of my weekly weight loss.
I am really excited to be in size 8's now. I still am not working out like I should be. My best friend is planning on joining the gym again on September 1st. I plan on going back with her. I am trying to get things done and get my son off to college, and she has a son and his family who are getting ready to go London to live.
I don't need Spanx as much as I did before. They probably still wouldn't hurt though!!
